Never Marry or Have Babies With A Poor Man

Your number one reason for arguments and resenting each other will be money. Don’t bother dating a poor man, because he will spend all he has now on fancy dates to impress you, then when he’s got you, his money will be gone and you will be expected to pay for everything or else date nights will be staying at home watching cheap videos.

Men are very sensitive insecure proud creatures; when they are poor they know it and they hate it and take their frustrations out on the people nearest to them, namely their girlfriends, wives, and children.  People can’t be poor and totally happy living in today’s world, there are too many things you have to have a lot of money for.  There is not a single couple of any race, culture, or age who are poor and don’t fight about money.

Definitely don’t have children with a poor man.  Love doesn’t pay for shoes, medical, dental, school books, computers, clothes, or a roof over your heads.  And if he’s poor he’s probably not educated enough nor has enough free time to give decent home schooling.  Don’t send your kids to free schools if you want them to have a future above the poverty line.  If children from poor families don’t get really good educations they have much higher chances of staying poor and falling into gangs, drugs, crime, health problems, and teen pregnancy.

The USA education system sucks, including the universities.  If you don’t have money for good private schooling, preferably in Europe or Australia or New Zealand, don’t even think about having children. Sell your eggs instead, because you will need the money in the future to save your marriage or save yourself from being homeless.  I feel sympathy for women who are brainwashed into thinking they have to have lots of children. Having babies wreaks havoc on your body, your healthy and stress levels, as well as your long-term financial security. You have to take care of yourself in old age and start early, because today’s kids don’t take care of their parents, they put their parents in old people’s homes and their parents (you) have to pay for it.

The body clock is simple hormones and family pressure from hopeful grandparents and spinster aunts. Don’t listen to them because it will force you into having babies and being tied to drudgery for life, that you don’t want in the long run. Parents say they don’t regret it when the kids are little, but when the kids are teens and getting into drugs and crime and trouble the parents think differently. Children from teen parents or parents in their early twenties have more health and learning problems and are more likely to stay poor and fall into trouble.

Women who have babies without money to support their babies are obviously mentally ill; good mothers don’t do that.  Good mothers make sure there are enough money and good surroundings for their kids before they conceive. Farm animals, such as horses, and many animals in the wild don’t conceive unless there is enough food and good habitat for their babies to grow up in.  In the animal world having babies is a privilege not a right, but in the human world we have babies all over the place for fashion and ego and family pressure, without any consideration for those babies' futures as adults.

Women like the Octamom and teen moms are mentally ill equipped to have children, they don’t know what they are doing and should not be allowed to have children, for the children’s sake. It is cruel to a child to bring them up in poverty, just as it's cruel to have babies with disabilities. The kids don’t know the difference until somebody tells them at school. Then when they realize they are poor and need more they end up frustrated and resentful, in therapy on medication, or substance abuse or doing something stupid. The Ocatamom had to sell her dignity and privacy for the rest of her life to pay for her kids.

Even if he is a good man and does his best, a poor man will have no time for you in the long run, because he has to work three times harder and longer to pay the bills, often having to travel to work, and if you really love him it is so much worse missing him. His credit rating will be low so you have to pay more for loan repayments.  His health will suffer from money stress so you have to pay more in medical bills and medications in the long-term.  Your sex life will dwindle to near nothing because you are both stressed and tired from working all the time to pay bills, and never be able to catch up and rest. Money woes will always be hanging over your heads.

If you live in the bush in a hut and eat roots and leaves, and don’t need Internet, a doctor, a job, decent clothes, a car, or phone for your whole life ignore what I’m saying, it doesn’t affect you. But if you live anywhere near civilization or you need a doctor you need money, and lots of it. If you don’t have money you either have to earn it or marry it.  Unfortunate but true.

Even when you are in love money is a hard fact of life.

Don't Cheap OUt On Your Seamstress

Save your local seamstress population before they all leave or give up. I recent got back into making and designing clothes after 12 months break because of people clients cheaping out on me. I lost my love of clothes and I think I actually lost my mind for a while. The last few months I've renewed my inspiration and my studio and stores are stocked. Yesterday I get request for a freebee custom complicated dancer's costume, and it really brought my inspiration levels down. I'd just spent 2 days volunteer teaching an artist's group to help them understand recycled fabrics and reconstructed clothing as sculpture. Good sewers are very, very, very rare, because sewing is a dying art. Fashion designers have trouble finding sewers, even if they pay a decent rate.  Cheap clothes from places such as China have make people forget what a quality garment is and how much work there is in creating it. America used to be respected for it's quality fashion and folks around the world pay a premium for it. A custom jacket or Edwardian gown or prom gown from scratch, pattern and everything takes at least 2 weeks with a machine and 40 days or more if 100% hand stitched.  To remake a pair of vintage stretch skinny pants from a medium size pattern up to a 24 inch waist with custom hip fit takes a week. My own students get overwhelmed sometimes, plus each garment needs at least 3 fittings to get the fit right.  The gown or jacket will cost at least $600 for time and the pants 350 at $8.85 or less per hour at 40 hours per week, not including materials.  Do you work for $8.75 or less per hour? I don't think so.  So if you cheap out on your local seamstress you can now understand why she won't sew for you or anybody anymore. I’ve talked to many talented seamstresses who will no longer sew for other people because clients have cheaped out or are rude.  Preserve your relationship with your seamstress and you will have a supply of seamstresses and the art not die out in your area. Pay your seamstresses extra and send them as much business as you can, in return you will have clothes and furnishings worth many times longer and lasting many times more and way more comfortable and good looking than store or web bought. Also don't ask a seamstresses or indie designer for freebees or discounts, they genuinely can't afford it, most of us barely cover costs. And yes we really do bleed and it really does hurt when a needle or pin goes in our finger every day.
And we do have hissy fits at times;-)

Pit Bull Conspiracy – Where does the name Pit Bull really come from?

WARNING: THE PHOTOS IN THIS POST SHOW GRAPHIC ACTUAL PHOTOS OF OPEN WOUNDS CAUSED BY PITBULL ATTACKS. NOT RECOMMENDED VIEWING FOR CHILDREN

Friday night around 11 pm, April 8, 2011, two pit bulls dismembered a live cat with their teeth in North Oak Park, Sacramento. A 44 year old woman, who witnessed the attack from its beginning, collapsed in hysterics and shock on the pavement outside her house. It wasn’t the woman’s cat, but witnessing the viciousness of the attack was so traumatic that the woman had to be assisted to her home by two neighbors. Other neighbors soon caught the two Pit Bulls in question and the cat died later that night. The Pit Bulls’ owners were out at the time.

While “Dog kills Cat Friday Night” is not big news, what makes it pertinent is that seeing it happen and the effects on a neighbor puts the real danger of Pit Bulls on my doorstep. I was one of the neighbors that witnessed part of the attack and helped the woman back to her home; the experience left all of us visibly shaken. I also happen to be a former dog trainer and worked for several years under international dog judges and dog breed experts in the 1970’s as a teen.

Pit bulls are more dangerous than other dogs because they are genetically designed to be vicious, attack and fight, with a locking jaw that exerts 2000 kg per 1 sq cm of pressure. Pit Bulls were never bred to be family pets or life companions, or safe with children, or safe in a community, nor hunting or farming. There are plenty of gory photos of the results of pit bull attacks on the web: grown men and little children with half their faces bitten off, photos too explicit and too gory to show to children or even to sensitive adults.

Because Pit Bulls are cute and lovable their well meaning but naïve advocates and neglectful owners have made the breed popular by giving it publicity with increasing attacks on other animals, children, and adults. Not deliberately, but by the statistical fact that their numbers are growing at an alarming rate. Pit Bull advocates have even faked the dog’s history on the Internet and in books saying the breed goes back as far as the Romans. While some of the various breeds that make up the Pit Bull do go back to the Romans, the actual Pit Bull breed as we know it today was developed in the mid 20th century for the purpose of making money in the dog fighting pits. It’s where the prefix Pit comes from, Pit is a modern English word, not ancient Roman. The Latin word for pit is cavas and the Italian word for pit is pozzo.

The name Bull comes from the various breeds of dogs in different countries used for herding, controlling, hunting and bringing down and killing large wild buffalo and large wild pigs in hunting and bringing down enemy horses and beasts of burden in war. These dogs include breeds such as Bullmastiffs and Bullterriers. Characteristics of the Bull genes are powerful bodies, large jaws (Bullmastiff), high-pressure locking jaw (Bullterrier), and tenacious stamina in a physical fight for “control not death” against a large vicious animal. Both Bullmastiffs and Bullterriers have had hundreds and thousands of years of refinement breeding to also have cute dispositions and be good pets, as well as good guard dogs and hunting dogs.

The name Pit comes from modern day pit dogfight promoters mixing the Bull breeds then inbreeding the result to create a vicious bipolar “fight to the death” personality. These Pit bulls were used to fit bears and wild boars tied to polls in pits as well as other dogs. Mixing powerful breeds made a better fight show and had better chances of winning in the pit and making the promoters and dog owners more money. Because animal fighting was illegal then as it is now nearly all information and breeding records were word of mouth. No original written breeding history was kept or as yet public knowledge.

The result is a Pit Bull, a dog that is cute and lovable when it is not feeling threatened, but when it does feel its territory threatened or it is in a pack, it morphs into a vicious killing machine. The Pit Bull has no choice because the vicious bipolar traits have been selectively in-bred into the dog’s brain were we can’t see it. The Pit Bull is the animal equivalent of the genetically designed super soldier in Sci-Fi movies, that can’t live a normal life. The real world result is the equivalent of a sociopath with violent homicidal tendencies due to brain deformity. This is why the Pit Bull is not on popular dog breed charts, because experienced comprehensive dog experts advise that the Pit Bull is not a good dog for anything but fighting, because the Pit Bull is unpredictable to the point of being lethally dangerous.

The Pit Bull is genuinely all cute and lovable and affable on the outside, but the Pit Bull’s brain on the inside where we can't see it is a Russian roulette time bomb. Most Pit Bull owners put their dogs on very big chains and have problems controlling their dogs when out for walks - what does that say to the observer? That even on a good day the Pit Bull is a brain damaged animal that needs specialized expert care, just as a brain damaged human being who kills and maims animals and people needs specialized expert care. It also tells me the dog is suffering by being choked all the time and not being allowed to run freely for proper exercise.

I’m a dog lover myself, worked with show dogs and grooming in my teens and volunteered in animal rescue and fostering off and on for 30 years. I grew up on a farm in Australia where dogs are expected to follow rules without a heavy chain or high fences. If the dog didn’t follow certain rules, such as harming people and other animals without proper authority, it got shot in the head and buried in the back paddock, quick and painless. The farm’s income and its people as well as the dog would suffer if the dog were kept alive; the same as a neighborhood suffers when a dog attacks a human or their pets or children.

We prevent humans with damaged brains and dangerous personalities from breeding and harming others by putting them in institutions and making them infertile. If our canine friends are to be considered real friends, should they not be subject to the same basic rules of mental health and social endeavor as human beings? Thou shall not kill or harm a human being as bibles off all kinds preach and according to human law in an animal’s case not even in self-defense.

Pit Bulls are suffering because there are no strict laws for Pit Bulls to live a normal life without risk of triggering a violent episode. A dog with the muscles and energy of a Pit Bull needs about 10 miles running per day and expert training and handling, as well as specialized fencing to keep it calm and under control. When you see the average Pit Bull owner, do they look like they could run 10 miles nonstop every day, or afford to pay for specialized fencing or an extensive training course? The answer is no, and if you asked the average Pit Bull owner they would say the same about themselves.

I don’t advocate euthanizing all the Pit Bulls in the world, but I do advocate strict ownership, location, breeding, and licensing laws where dogs are kept in minimum 1 acre double fenced yard per 2 dogs for proper exercise, located outside of cities and urban areas, and owners and breeders must undergo specialized extensive training to handle, secure, care for and train dogs with violent tendencies. This gives the dog a quality healthy loving life out of harms way, the same as a person or parent would give a fulfilling safe life to a mentally ill friend or child.
The laws, training and licensing will bring in money to pay for public education and animal control as well as make it less attractive to own and breed Pit Bulls. There are currently and estimated 77.5 million Pit Bulls in the USA according to wikipedia.com but it’s not confirmed as most Pit Bulls are not registered and they breed 6 or 8 pups in a litter, plus gestation time is only 9 weeks. Because there is a market for Pit Bull puppies, $500 to $2000 and more per pup, there are growing lobbies to protect and encourage the uneducated, negligent, and misguided breeding and owning of Pit Bulls.

At the very least all Pit Bulls must be 100% registered, vet approved and tagged, their living and breeding situations inspected and charted and owners and dogs require certified basic training at a respected dog school. The bottom line is that Pit Bull advocates are asking tax payers to freely allow the breeding and public interaction of sociopathic bipolar vicious animals, which the tax payer, animal welfare, and victims have to pay for in injuries, trauma, police, ambulance, animal rescue, animal control, vent bills, and in some cases law suits, settlements, and ongoing medical and vet bills.

I’m not saying that Pit Bulls are the only dogs that attack people or are suffering, but if we can instigate laws to free up resources from animals we know aren’t always safe, we can have more resources to care for animals that are a safer bet. A dangerous animal is an animal that is suffering or feeling threatened and there are simply not enough shelters, responsible owners, quality foster care or free vets for animals who are likely to attack people. Animal owners, lovers, and carer givers need to grow up; there is such a thing as "too much love in wrong places".
Animal control and rescue, police, child welfare, and animal rights groups need to start advocating stricter pet and animal breeding and care and training laws starting with Pit Bulls and animals in general. If each city spent a few million dollars now, they’d save hundreds of millions dollars from now on and save billions of dollars in the future.
Dog and pet associations, government, and dog educators also need to re-educate and regulate the people and organizations spreading misinformation about Pit Bulls.

Are Americans Too Lazy?

Laziness putting children in danger.
Americans blaming others for problems they are causing themselves?

A big girls guide to saving the economy…
The slow economy is not the President’s fault it’s the people’s fault. When a country’s people don’t buy locally made goods and produce the economy is going to tank and stay in the tank.  No government or president can force people to buy local unless they ban imports completely, which governments can’t because it would cause more wars.  The American people cannot blame their President for the slow economy. American people are keeping the economy and killing jobs by not buying locally made and grown products and produce. The likes of Wallmart and Target may employ tens of thousands of American people in retail and distribution but they put hundreds of thousands of American people out of work in manufacturing and packaging by sending those jobs overseas. The American people are putting themselves out of work and sending their own jobs overseas by buying cheap imported goods.
Parents are blaming the web for putting their children at risk from online predators and bullies, but it’s a parents job to monitor their kids web use at all times until the age of 18.  The web and cell phones is the same as real life, just because it is on a screen does not mean it is safe.  Parents have spend more time being parents, because that is the lifetime commitment they signed up for by having children in the first place.  This goes the same for children’s education - parents since the beginning of time have taught their own children life skills, such as cooking and nutrition, house cleaning, childcare, balancing a checkbook, basic sewing and garment repair. If more parents and schools stepped up to the plate and taught the necessary skills for life there would be less school dropouts and more adults who can handle real life with good work ethics who don’t need to go on benefits.
Illegal immigrants are not the government’s fault. American people hire illegal immigrants to mow their lawns and clean their houses and put yet more American citizens out of work by 5.2% according to 2010 statistics.  Why, because Americans say they don’t have time or the work is too menial for them. Yet if more Americans mowed their own lawns with push mowers and cleaned their own houses with eco friendly products they would have fewer health problem costs and more money in the bank, or at least free up 7,000,000 jobs for Americans instead of the government paying billions in benefits and cutting education. Doing simple yard work every week is much healthier exercise than no yard work.  Plus if Americans stopped hiring illegal immigrants for menial jobs there would be a lot fewer reasons for illegal immigrants to cross the border. If a wealthy British princess cleans her own house and does her own makeup, then so can the average American citizen.
Americans create their own road traffic problems in a number of ways. They give cars to teens that are too immature to drive. They drive to the grocers when they can bicycle.  They use cell phones while driving. They don’t car pool.  They don’t take public transport.  Roads are a finite space the same as land is, it doesn’t magically increase to handle extra traffic, plus there’s no more room or funding. America can’t look after it’s current roads and bridges properly let alone build and maintain new roads.  Where will people live and children play if all of the land is taken up by roads? We live in an overcrowded over populated world where we need to relearn how to live to accommodate the overpopulation with children by irresponsible lazy parents.  Americans need to grow up and stop being in love with their cars, speed, and convenience.
Americans create their own health problems from their laziness. Apart from eating out and eating fast food and refined sugar in everyday foods, such as butter and bread Americans rely too much on doctors.  They put themselves and their children at risk with synthetic medications with nasty side effects when instead a few diet changes and herb remedies do a better job and no side effects.  They spend too much money on unnecessary drugs and put their selves and children at more risk and in more dept with unnecessary electronic scans that cause cancer from radiation. They create their own allergies by not eating locally grown produce that has the enzymes that fend off allergies. They use lead additives in motorized tools, such as lawn mowers and trimmers, which deposit toxic lead and chemical residue in their gardens and homes.  They drive cars for short errands when they can walk or ride a bicycle; they hire others to do house and yard work when they can do it themselves to stay fit and save money on gym memberships and personal trainers.  They spend millions on protesting cigarettes yet drive cars that do far more damage to far more people. They use house cleaners and weed killers and fertilizers with toxic chemicals that are known to cause cancer and leukemia around their homes and gardens and children when there are plenty of nontoxic alternatives available.
The drug war is an obvious fix, make the drugs legal, tax it and use the money for free rehab and education.  By forcing drugs underground you also force addicts underground where you can’t help them or their voracious addictions.  Amsterdam, Netherlands, has been living proof since the 1960’s; their children and citizens do not have the drug problems per capita that the USA does.  They don’t spend billions on drug wars because they are in control of the drugs and they provide free rehab and education. No underground drug trade, no drug war.
American laziness is killing the economy and putting its people and children at risk, not the government.
Wake up America.

Boycott TV, Web, and Games for $15,600 Per Year?

How to make $15,600 or more per year, every year, for life by NOT watching television, surfing the internet, or playing video games.
Part One: Are you addicted to the screen and how did you get that way?
How many people reading this article are bleeding $140, $160, or more per month for cable TV and Internet? You got hooked into it for a new customer special of around $78 a month for 6 months and they start jacking up the price within 3 months, then after 6 months you are paying almost twice the discount price. Customer service keeps giving you the run around on the phone by transferring you from department to department to department to department then cutting you off between transfers. You can no longer afford date nights or taking the kids to the zoo nor weekly night out with the girls or guys because your cable, internet, and phone bundle is wiping out every last bit of cash you have.  Sound familiar? But you are so used to your routine of cozying up on the sofa with your favorite reality show, news and late night hosts, vintage and indie movies, and social networking on Facebook that you feel you need to keep paying the $140, $160 or more per month, plus the frequent extra charges, plus occasional an on demand video for another $20 to $50 per month so you feel informed and connected. Also sound familiar?
It’s not that you are addicted to the shopping channel or on-demand porn or downloading movies or video games, you a normal watcher, 3 or 4 TV shows and a movie a night to wind down and a couple of hours a day catching up with email and Facebook, and on rainy weekends you might watch SciFi or Chic Flick marathon. Quite normal and average really, no harm in that is there? Well actually yes it is doing you harm.  The costs to you financially are more than just the Internet and cable bill, your eyesight, plus spending an average of 4 to 8 hours per day staring at a screen on top of 8 or 12 hours per day at work is stressing you hour and confusing your judgment without you realizing it. In a nutshell to spend 4 to 8 hours a day on the screen, deny quality time with real people and to deny doing things in real life, plus paying out the expensive costs, under the rules of addiction that makes you an addict.
Concentrated light is the strongest form of mass hypnosis known to human kind; it’s an actual hallucinogenic drug, like LSD, only stronger. Studies have shown that what people see on the screen they copy in real life without realizing it.  It makes you want and buy things you don’t want and don’t need and behave in ways you wouldn’t if you knew better.  For example the TV reality show “16 and Pregnant” has encouraged tens of thousands teenage girls to get pregnant and many are succeeding.  Medical studies have shown that teen pregnancy results in higher rates of birth defects, learning disabilities, and impoverished upbringing for the child, so in fact it is child abuse. Hundreds of thousands of people are addicted to television shopping, online shopping, and online gambling and their lives and families, children, and credit ratings are suffering and creating new homeless hoards. It’s not fiction, do your own research.
There is no conspiracy cover-up; you can look up the studies and their published results for yourself. It is well documented and taught in colleges that the birth of Television and 1950s TV shows changed how America dressed, acted, and shopped.  Hundreds if not thousands of independent studies have been done on the effects of light based communications mediums by multiple universities and organizations and the same studies are used to teach and sell television advertising and marketing. Nobody is trying to hide the fact that television and Internet is addictive and harmful except yourself, because even if you don’t realize it you are an addict.  Your addiction is putting your life and your family’s lives and quality of life and future in harms way.
Part 2: The mechanics of making cash by boycotting TV, Internet, and Video Games
Giving up anything you are addicted to is difficult, but admitting you have a problem is the first step. If you are watching a screen for more than 2 hours per day for entertainment you are an addict. I’ve been addicted to a few things in my life, such as television, alcohol, drugs, shopping, bad relationships, food, and the like. The addiction leaves a big hole that needs to be filled.  The best way to fill that hole is with something positive that requires your intent focus. You want something that brings you back down to earth and reality and gives you a sense of fulfillment. Not an idle hobby, but a vocation or field of research, building, small business or artistic endeavor that inspires you to do more of it and is not Internet based.  Instead of crafting or making model air planes you could make something you like that you can sell at local markets, gift shops, ma and pa grocers and boutiques.  For example, get some lessons in sewing or woodshop, bicycle repair, cooking, gardening, welding to give yourself a tangible life skill to make your own stuff to save money, to sell, and to the skill teach to others.
Saving cash and making pastimes pay in the long run is the key to survival in this new and crazy age. If it takes a few hours to make your own, it’s a bit more cash you can put in the bank.  For example: If you have a sunny garden grow your own organic herbs, medicines, salads and veggies, which saves cash and shopping time and gas on food, allergy meds, vitamins, illness down time, and future medical costs for general health.  An hour a day nurturing Mother Nature’s pantry, instead of mowing lawns, can save an average household up to several thousand dollars per year. Plus it tastes better, you know where it’s been, and kids will eat almost anything they grow themselves.  In fact by doing all your own yard work and using push mower and rake you can fire your illegal immigrant gardener to save another $40 to $100 per month plus one less workout class per week saving another $15 per week, and no traveling to the gas station for mower fuel $10 per fortnight. FYI: Mower fuel has lead additive that leaves deposits outside and inside your home. You only need trace amounts of lead in the air and on surfaces for it to affect your memory and health.)
Example savings for a mid to low income household:
Cable and Internet $160 per month
Organic veggies, allergy meds and vitamins, and general health $166+ per month
Gardener $ 80 per month
Weekly gym class $60 per month
Mower fuel and travel $20 per month
Shopping travel costs, parking, vehicle maintenance and insurance $40 per month
Total savings so far = $526+ per month
$526 per month can pay for a solar power system, energy efficient appliances, hybrid car, college funds, retirement savings, or a small mortgage. Plus because you and your family aren‘t watching as much TV there is less desire to shop, which saves another $200 or more per month. Total cash in the bank so far $726 per month and a healthier more grounded home and family. And these are not the only possible savings.
An hour a day doing gardening is not going to fill the entire hole that not watching TV nor playing video games will leave. So also add an hour a day cooking your own whole food from scratch, tidying and dusting the house, and add another hour sewing a garment or making a piece of furniture, doing touchups around the house, reupholstering a chair, fixing or detailing your car, or renovating an old lamp. Listen to the radio for news and new music while you work to keep up with the outside world. Either one or a combination of those pastimes could save and earn $300 or more per month and you are sill informed of world events. You could kill another hour or two here and there chatting with a neighbor over coffee and your own home baked cookies to catch up with neighborhood news.  You could kill another 2 hours playing a board game with your kids or your spouse. Total savings and earnings $1,026 and keeping hand made products and skills and your neighborhood alive.
But then there are the weekends and filling in that whole 2 days and 3 nights of time, plus you will be short of cash for at least the next few months while you catch up with bills. Why not make or grow something and sell it at the local farmer’s markets and craft bazaars and boutiques? It could be something simple for a small workspace, such as painting trees and animals on terracotta flowerpots or hand sewn pet toys or hand made soap or leather dog collars and belts.  Or if you have space enough for a dedicated craft room or workshop your imagination is your only limit.  In my family we each spend a 2 to 3 hours a day making things to sell or for around the home or just for fun.  It keeps you young, maintains and improves your IQ, and helps keeps your emotional mind healthy, as well as net around $ 1,200 to $ 3,000 per to month if the whole family pitches in part time.  If money isn’t an issue try spending your weekends volunteering at a charity, animal shelter, or local litter cleanup to help improve your neighborhood. Great education to learn about real life and what an individual and a community needs to survive.
So now our total savings plus earnings for an average household of DIY-ers is hovering around $1020 per month.  Add another $300 to that as average weekend net profit from selling your home made stuff and you have a total $1,320 per month extra cash in your pocket. Multiplied by 12 months that’s $15,840 per year. Plus you and your family are leading full and active lives, staying out of trouble, learning life skills, and have plenty to talk about around the dinner table and productive satisfying experiences to share. It’s all about getting out of the virtual world and back into the tangible world by giving yourself and your family a reality check. Who knew that giving up TV, Internet, and video games could be so family healing and lucrative?
